Cathy joined Cult in 2019 to lead its first American hub of agency operations headquartered in Las Vegas. The former Chief Marketing Officer with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Cathy has over three decades of marketing and communication experience. She was responsible for the overall strategy that helped build a brand that attracts 43 million visitors a year and overcame the devastating 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting.

Cathy has spoken on the international stage from London to Dubai to Lima, Peru on topics ranging from engaging four generations of consumers to managing a worldwide brand through a crisis. She has experience building a cult like brand and believes challenging the status quo in marketing and strategically building customer engagement by implementing proven cult brand principles will achieve enviable levels of brand attachment and advocacy and lead to a significant, sustainable competitive advantage.

Being courageous is required of brands that want to achieve new levels of success. Cathy has a proven track record of being courageous, breaking the glass ceiling and being recognized as the highest-ranking female executive in the 50-year history of the LVCVA in 2009. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Bonaventure University, moving to Las Vegas in 1998.
