Engagement Coordinator
Calling all perfectionists, idealists, fusspots, nit-pickers, purists, multi-taskers and control freaks, AKA Account Coordinators

Okay, maybe not all of you, we’re not running a lunatic asylum here. But if you have some of these, uh, skills, and are interested in joining Canada’s fastest growing customer engagement marketing company, we may be ready to submit to your will.

We’re Cult, and we’re looking for an Account Coordinator , with at least three years of client-facing, brand-marketing experience, to join our busy Calgary HQ.

  • Work under the supervision of an Account Manager
  • Coordinate accounts to keep projects moving in the right direction, on time, and on budget.
  • Work closely with internal & external teams.
  • Work with an Account Manager to book resources according to project needs
  • Ensure processes, deadlines and budgets, are respected
  • Own project deliverables from creative approval through to final completion
  • Participate in kickoff meetings with creative team and account manager
  • Produce status reports and other follow-up documentation
  • Open projects and help with on estimating & scheduling
  • Update project plans, briefs, change orders & schedules
  • Monitor staff hours, budgets and schedules on a project-by-project basis
  • Create purchase orders and makes sure costs are accurate and aligned with budgets

Three (3) years of client-facing, brand-marketing experience required.

Whoa, wait… Cult?
