Marc has built a career, for over three decades, putting customers first. He’s inspired by new technologies, customer centric strategies and big ideas. His entrepreneurial spirit launched a T-shirt printing business in high school, and continued on every scale, from multinational agencies like BBDO to independent and specialty communications firms like Fresh Baked Entertainment. He’s been fortunate to play a leadership role with global brands including Apple, Fairmont, Frito-Lay, McDonalds and Wrigley. Marc is an early adopter, particularly with products that were birthed from groundbreaking, human-centred thinking, and has been blessed to play a role in bringing innovative (and sometimes ill-fated) products to market himself, like SmartFood popcorn, Apple’s Newton handheld computer (the predecessor to the iPhone), low-carb/high-protein Noodi pasta, and a new kind of personal transportation that he can’t tell us about (yet).
