Tara feels it is her job to inspire and push brands to drive their business with their purpose first and product second. She believes we can play a part in creating a better world by working with brands to execute their purpose and values first rather than their commodity. Tara approaches everything she does with a human-first mindset, and for her, this means operating from a place of empathy that allows her to understand why we do the things we do. Whether it is understanding our staff or our clients, having the ability to put herself in someone else’s shoes has been her greatest strength to date. She strives to raise the ROE (return on emotion) for the brands she works with, and in turn, we know they will see a greater ROI.
